The following policies were designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process at Redline Tickets. AGREEMENT OF TERMS:
By visiting, using or ordering from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website. If you break these Terms and Conditions, Redline Tickets reserves the right to cancel your ticket order, prevent your future use of this website and/or take appropriate legal action and remedies available against you. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the States of California and Illinois applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in those States. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within Cook County,Illinois, or Orange County, California, will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. You hereby waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over any dispute or that the venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. Redline Tickets will be entitled to its court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in any litigation brought to enforce any term of this agreement. In the event that any check, credit card or other form of payment you tender to us is declined, or refused or if you fail to pay for any tickets or services, we shall be entitled to its costs of collection including court costs and reasonable attorney fees and expenses. INDEMNITY:
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by you and/or any third party(s) due to or arising out of your use of this website or breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. TICKET PURCHASE POLICY:
Pursuant to California & Illinois law, Redline Tickets hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets, and that, as of the date of your purchase, Redline Tickets may have no contract to obtain the tickets at a certain price from a person in possession of the tickets, or from a person who has a contractual right to obtain the tickets from the primary contractor, and may not be able to supply tickets at the price or range of prices identified or advertised on this website. All orders are subject to ticket availability. Redline Tickets agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the event, the tickets described. Also, should Redline Tickets fail to deliver to a buyer the full quantity of tickets contracted for, Redline Tickets sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to buyer of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by buyer to Redline Tickets under this Agreement. Redline Tickets reserves the right to cancel and refund the buyer's order at any time. Redline Tickets shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or for loss or expense directly or indirectly arising from Redline Tickets obligations under this Agreement, and buyer agrees to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon it now or in the future under California & Illinois law. Due to the large volume of ticket sellers listing tickets on our site, on very rare occasions pricing errors do occur. Because Redline Tickets acts as an agent between the original purchaser of the tickets and the end user of the tickets, Redline Tickets shall not be liable for any pricing errors listed on this website. Also, locations, descriptions and pricing of similar or equal tickets may vary. It will be the buyers responsibility to verify any possible inconsistency or discrepancy in the ticket location, description, and/or price by calling Redline Tickets at 773-342-8497, before the order is placed. Once an order is placed Redline Tickets will only accept returns for gross misrepresentations of the tickets described. TICKET PRICING:
Tickets sold through Redline Tickets are often obtained through secondary market ticket sellers and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. All ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each order. Redline Tickets and its ticket sellers are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and Redline Tickets does not act as a primary sale box office, unless otherwise stated. By agreeing to these terms, customer agrees that the purchase price for tickets on their order does not reflect the original price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price. REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final.
Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replacable, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a reschedule date, the customer will need to contact Redline Tickets for a refund. Redline Tickets will require the customer to send the tickets back, at the customer's expense before receiving any refund. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Redline Tickets will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damanged, or destroyed tickets. When the customer received tickets, customer should keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.Please note that we are not necessarily notified if a show is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. It will be the buyers responsibility to confirm any changes to the date or time of the show with the sponsor. DELIVERY OF TICKETS:
Due to the nature of the ticket business we do reserve the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as the day of the event. Day of event delivery may be made by, but not limited to, email delivery, pick up at Redline Tickets office, will-call at the venue box office, courier to your residence or hotel, or courier of the tickets to you personally at a location to be determined outside the venue. If you have not received your tickets two days before the date of the event please call our office at 773-342-8497, from 9am to 5pm CST, Monday to Friday to receive delivery instructions. You may need picture ID to receive your tickets if delivery is made to you in person. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Redline Tickets, is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets. PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Redline Tickets is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling tickets at a premium for sporting events, concerts, and theater. Redline Tickets is in no way affiliated with any box office or official organizers of the events for which we list tickets. The amount charged over the face value of the tickets is a reflection of the fair value as determined by the market. CHANGES IN TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Redline Tickets reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Posting updated Terms and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately and binding on all users of this website without exception.
